Read all about it -- oh, you already have: Seattle is most literate city

Frasier would be so proud. Or, maybe, upon hearing that Seattle has just been deemed the 'most literate' city in the country, he'd just say, 'Obviously.'
Or, as the study's author, Dr. John Miller, president of Central Connecticut State University, put it: 'It's not like winning the Super Bowl, but. ...' (Not to jinx our chances.)
This is the third year Miller has come up with his 'America's Most Literate Cities' ranking, which is based on the resources and behaviors of citizens in the 69 largest American cities."
