WSJ.com - Pregnant Women Risk Return of Depression If They Stop Treatment: "Researchers looked at 201 women who enrolled in the study between March 1999 and April 2003 and found that those who stopped their medications were five times more likely to relapse into depression than women who stayed on their medication. The study found that a total of 86 women, or 43%, experienced a relapse in their depression regardless of whether they stayed on their medication.
